Biography
After a life in professional theatre, returned to Brown as a Resumed Undergraduate Education student, graduating in ‘23 with a BA in Contemplative Studies. His senior thesis investigated the impact of contemplative practice on the creative process.
This year, as part of his Master of Divinity degree program at Harvard Divinity School, Ed will conduct a Field Education placement with Brown’s OCRL focusing primarily on multi- and inter-faith initiatives.
A Buddhist Chaplain with the RI Department of Corrections, Ed leads weekly meditation groups and teaches the Dharma. He also conducts discussion programs with area community members that foster positive age beliefs and creative expression.
